Basha Dominates Chandler in Rematch, Secures 75-50 Victory

Two weeks after their tightly contested 73-69 battle, Basha and Chandler faced off again, but this time, the outcome was far more decisive. Basha lived up to expectations, controlling the game from start to finish and cruising to a dominant 75-50 victory.

Basha Starts Strong, Never Looks Back

From the opening tip, Basha set the tone on both ends of the floor. They jumped out to a commanding 10-2 lead early and extended it to 23-4 by the end of the first quarter. Chandler, which had battled Basha closely in their last matchup, struggled to find its rhythm this time around.

Despite a stronger showing in the second quarter, Chandler still trailed 30-18 at one point before Basha closed the half with a 34-22 lead.

Second-Half Surge Puts Chandler Away

Basha continued to control the tempo in the second half, stretching their lead to 40-24 midway through the third quarter. The offensive firepower of Mason Magee, Kingston Montague, and Desean Middlebrook proved to be too much, as Basha pulled ahead 56-37 heading into the final period.

Chandler had no answer for Basha’s balanced attack, and by the time the fourth quarter rolled around, the game was out of reach. Basha continued to pour it on, finishing with an emphatic 75-50 win.

Standout Performances

• Kingston Montague (#11): 22 points, 5 assists – The freshman shined in the spotlight, leading all scorers and facilitating the offense.

• Mason Magee (#3): 20 points, 7 assists – A strong two-way performance, controlling the tempo and creating opportunities for teammates.

• Desean Middlebrook (#32): 13 points, 9 rebounds – A dominant presence in the paint, helping Basha control the boards.

Basha Sends a Statement

After Chandler’s impressive effort in their last meeting, Basha made sure there was no doubt this time around. With a dominant all-around performance, they cemented themselves as the superior team in this matchup.

For Chandler, the loss serves as a tough learning experience, but for Basha, it’s a statement win as they continue their strong season.
